2. Economic Shifts and Consumer Behavior

The global marketplace allows consumers in developing countries access to a wider variety of goods and services, which can lead to changes in consumption patterns. Traditional practices may be replaced by a focus on global consumer culture, resulting in lifestyle changes. For example, as Western fast-food chains enter these markets, local dietary habits may evolve, leading to changes in family meals and communal eating practices. Additionally, brand loyalty may shift as consumers favor international brands over local products, further altering cultural landscapes.
