Way 2: Changes in Management Practices
The way workers are managed has also evolved due to technological advancements. For instance, the use of surveillance technology can increase the level of monitoring over employees. This can lead to a feeling of being constantly watched, which might create stress and anxiety among workers. Additionally, it can undermine personal expectations and autonomy, causing a decrease in job satisfaction as employees feel that their privacy is compromised.
