To illustrate the magnetic field inside the solenoid, draw parallel lines that indicate the field lines. These lines should be evenly spaced to show that the magnetic field is uniform inside the solenoid. The strength of the field should be represented by the density of lines: closer lines indicate a stronger field. Make sure to show that the field lines exit the ends of the solenoid and curve around back to re-enter the solenoid.
