Tenzin's answer is not correct because he did not fully factor the expression. He factored out only one common factor, which is x, but he did not take into account the full common factor of 2x. The correct factorization should be:
2x2+6x=2x(x+3)
By leaving out the 2, Tenzin's factorization is incomplete.
