To determine the concentration of glucose in a sample, we use a modified version of the Benedict's Test. This test can identify both reducing and non-reducing sugars, and helps to estimate the glucose concentration in a solution based on the intensity of the colour change.

The resulting colour intensities are then measured using a colourimeter and plotted on a graph, allowing you to estimate the concentration of glucose in unknown samples by comparing their colour intensity to the standard curve.
