• Plan your response: Spend 5 minutes outlining your main ideas, structure, and examples to include.
• Consider the Audience, Purpose, and Form: Make sure your tone and style suit the task.
• Use Persuasive Techniques: Rhetorical questions, facts, anecdotes, emotive language, and personal pronouns can help engage the reader.
• Write in Paragraphs: Aim for a clear introduction, body, and conclusion with smooth transitions.
• Proofread: If time permits, check for spelling, punctuation, and grammar errors.
