Gratin dauphinois express

Pour : 4 personnes : Préparation : 15 minutes Cuisson : 30 minutes

Ingrédients :

- 3 oignons
- 4 pommes de terre
- 2 œufs
- 20 cl de lait
- 20 cl de crème fraiche
- 70 g de fromage râpé
- 3 gousses d’ail.

Méthode :

1. Éplucher les pommes de terre et les oignons.
2. Dorer les oignons et l’ail dans une poêle.
3. Couper les pommes de terre en rondelles.
4. Disposer les oignons, l’ail et les pommes de terre dans un plat à gratin.
5. Mélanger les œufs avec le lait et la crème.
6. Verser la préparation sur les pommes de terre.
7. Ajouter le fromage râpé.
8. Mettre au four pendant 30 minutes.
