Cutting Leaves: I cut fresh leaves into small pieces.
Attaching to Lid: These pieces were attached to the lid of a sterile Petri dish using tape.
Sealing the Dish: I sealed the Petri dish tightly to prevent contamination.
Inverting the Dish: The dish was inverted to create a suitable environment for the yeast to grow.
Incubation: The dish was incubated at room temperature for a specified period, monitored for growth.
