Answer
Breathing: Always breathe deeply and slowly during stretches to maintain relaxation.
Physical Limitations: Be aware of your body's limits and stretch only to the point of mild discomfort, not pain.
Alignment: Maintain proper body alignment to avoid strain on muscles and joints during stretches.
Hold Time: Hold each stretch for at least 15-30 seconds to effectively elongate the muscles.
Warm-Up: Warm up your muscles with light aerobic activity before stretching to increase blood flow.

Cardiovascular/cardiorespiratory endurance is the ability of the heart, lungs, and blood vessels to supply oxygen-rich blood to the working muscles during prolonged physical activity.

Answer
Having good cardiovascular/cardiorespiratory endurance can help prevent injuries by enhancing the efficiency of oxygen delivery to the muscles, which reduces fatigue. When the body is less fatigued, it is less likely to misuse muscles and joints, thereby decreasing the risk of strains and sprains.

Answer
In my opinion, our dance classes do not adequately develop good levels of cardiovascular endurance. We have dance practice twice a week, but one of those sessions is theory-based, which limits our physical activity. Moreover, the time spent in practical exercises is often interrupted by explanations and breaks. Even when we dance, if we are not maintaining high energy levels throughout, we are not sufficiently enhancing our cardiovascular fitness, which is vital for endurance.

Answer
The dancers in the image demonstrate various components of fitness:
Muscular Strength and Endurance: They are using their arms and legs for support while maintaining their positions, showcasing both strength and endurance.
Core Stability: The dancer balancing on one leg relies on core strength for support and balance, highlighting the importance of core stability in dynamic movements.
Flexibility: The positioning of their legs indicates flexibility, particularly in the hips and legs, which is crucial for a dynamic dance performance.
